You will need to be a motivated individual with a hunger to succeed, be driven to develop new skills and strive to go above and beyond to achieve high results. You will be the type of person who can follow a proven process, is a team player & thrives in a hands-on sales environment. 

Previous experience working in a retail, sales or customer facing environment is essential for this role and experience with finance will be considered an advantage.

Furthermore, strong administration and a compliance focus will be important.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will be an active sales team member and be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the finance area across the Dealerships. 

You will learn about, be trained on, and become proficient in the end-to-end sales process of offering a range of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products. 

This is a role with high income earning potential and access to other benefits such as a fully maintained company vehicle.

This position is on permanent full-time basis, working a 10-day per fortnight roster. As we trade 6 days per week, availability to work alternate Saturdays on is a requirement of the role.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong outgoing personality and great communication skills

  • 3+ years experience in a F2F or B2B sales environment preferred

  • Highly developed IT skills, and the ability to quickly acquire a working knowledge of our Dealer Management system and financier platforms.

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated to learn new skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • The energy to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

  • Hold a current driver's license

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check and satisfy accreditation requirements.
