About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller/Delivery Co-Ordinator for our growing dealership team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working closely with sales teams, vehicle detailing teams, service workshop teams, administration staff and external stakeholders you will play a key role in managing vehicle inventory across our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.

  • Process vehicle arrivals, transfers and deliveries.

  • Process purchase orders, dealer swaps, and stock movements.

  • Liaise with sales teams, service departments and external suppliers to ensure timely vehicle processing.

  • Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations.

  • Liaise with manufacturers, transport providers, and internal departments.

  • Monitor vehicle status and ensure timely updates within dealership management systems.

  • Ensure all stock control procedures comply with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in vehicle stock control (highly regarded).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • High level of accuracy in data entry and record management.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure

  • A current and valid driver's licence (manual)

  • Experience using dealership management systems (preferred but not essential).
