Breville Group Limited is an Australian-based multinational manufacturer and marketer of premium home appliances.

Pay Rate: $40.74 Saturday and $47.53 Sunday

Shift Details: Saturdays & Sundays (10am - 2pm OR 11am - 3pm)

Store Locations: Harvey Norman Hobart

Key Responsibilities

1. Best-in-Class Demonstrations & Sales

Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that create 'retail theatre' and attract passing customers.

Proactively engage shoppers, translate technical features into simple benefits, and recommend the perfect Breville solution.

Confidently overcome objections, close sales, and drive add-on purchases (accessories, consumables) to hit store targets.

2. Premium Customer Experience

Provide a premium, memorable experience so customers leave confident and excited about their purchase.

Go above and beyond by assisting with queries, explaining offers, and helping with promotional redemptions.

3. Retail Team Advocacy & Training

Build strong, collaborative relationships with store management and floor staff.

Act as the brand champion: share key selling points, train new retail staff, and drive sign-ups for Breville’s “Showroom” e-Learning platform.

4. Visual Merchandising Excellence

Keep demonstration equipment and workspaces immaculate, operational, and presentation-ready.

Ensure displays are fully stocked and support the execution of promotional point-of-sale updates.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in retail, product demonstration, or customer-facing sales.

- A confident, engaging presenter who can easily simplify technical information.

- Results-driven and highly autonomous, with a knack for building in-store relationships.

- Bonus: A genuine passion for coffee and previous barista experience highly regarded
