The Opportunity

This is a hands on, fast moving role where you’ll work closely with our branch and sales teams to support and grow key customer accounts, while building a deep understanding of how the business runs.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be learning, contributing, and building credibility across sales, operations, and customer relationships from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and supporting key customer accounts, building trust and long term relationships
• Handling enquiries, quotes, and product advice with confidence and accuracy
• Supporting internal sales including pricing, orders, and contract coordination
• Working alongside the external sales team to strengthen customer outcomes and identify opportunities
• Getting involved in stock control, merchandising, and keeping the branch running smoothly
• Assisting with purchasing, deliveries, and day to day operations
• Contributing ideas, stepping up, and showing leadership as you grow into the role

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in trade, hardware, or industrial supply environments
• A strong customer focus with the ability to build genuine relationships
• Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
• Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions focused mindset
• A strong awareness of safety and doing things the right way
