Sales Representative – Tasmania

 FMCG | Territory Sales | Business Development | Customer Growth

Own the Territory. Drive the Sales. Build the Relationships.

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to take ownership of our Tasmania territory and drive growth across a fast-moving FMCG business.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out in market, building relationships, winning new business, and growing existing accounts, all while having the freedom to run your territory like your own business.

What your role looks like in reality

Most of your time will be spent:

  • Visiting customers across your territory and building strong relationships

  • Growing existing accounts and unlocking new sales opportunities

  • Prospecting and converting new business leads

  • Planning your daily and weekly territory schedule

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and business goals

  • Executing promotions and driving product visibility and sales

  • Tracking performance and actively working to grow your results


Your responsibility

  • Own and grow a defined Tasmania sales territory

  • Deliver consistent sales growth across existing and new customers

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities

  • Expand product distribution and market presence

  • Manage your own call cycle, pipeline, and priorities

  • Represent a fast-growing FMCG business in the field


Who we’re looking for

You’re someone who is:

  • Driven, competitive, and motivated by sales success

  • Confident building relationships and influencing customers

  • Energetic and proactive, you make things happen

  • Comfortable working independently with strong accountability

  • Curious, resilient, and always looking for growth opportunities

You may come from:

  • Sales or Business Development

  • FMCG or beverage sales

  • Hospitality or on-premise sales

  • Retail leadership with strong commercial exposure

  • Territory-based or field sales roles
