Own the Territory. Drive the Sales. Build the Relationships.
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to take ownership of our Tasmania territory and drive growth across a fast-moving FMCG business.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out in market, building relationships, winning new business, and growing existing accounts, all while having the freedom to run your territory like your own business.

What your role looks like in reality
Most of your time will be spent:
Visiting customers across your territory and building strong relationships
Growing existing accounts and unlocking new sales opportunities
Prospecting and converting new business leads
Planning your daily and weekly territory schedule
Working closely with customers to understand their needs and business goals
Executing promotions and driving product visibility and sales
Tracking performance and actively working to grow your results
Your responsibility
Own and grow a defined Tasmania sales territory
Deliver consistent sales growth across existing and new customers
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Expand product distribution and market presence
Manage your own call cycle, pipeline, and priorities
Represent a fast-growing FMCG business in the field
