Our client is a growing and highly successful automotive dealership. Known for their commitment to customer excellence and fast-paced environment, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service across all departments. Due to team growth they are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Delivery Co-ordinator to join their busy team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing vehicle inventory across the dealership. This is a central, collaborative position where you will work closely with sales teams, vehicle detailing teams, service workshop teams, administration staff and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Logistics & Processing: Process vehicle arrivals, transfers, deliveries, purchase orders, dealer swaps and overall stock movements.
• Coordination: Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations.
• Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with sales teams, service departments, manufacturers, transport providers and external suppliers to ensure efficient vehicle services.
• System Updates: Monitor vehicle status and ensure timely, accurate updates within the dealership management systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all stock control procedures comply with dealership policies along with manufacturer requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role you will bring a high level of energy, be a good communicator with outstanding organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. You will have experience in a similar role, ideally automotive stock control, used dealership management systems and ensure you can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
