The Opportunity

Joining a highly respected Property, Planning & Environment team, you will work alongside experienced principals on a broad range of commercial property matters including:

• Commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Property development projects
• Due diligence investigations
• Subdivisions and Land Titles Office requirements
• Easements, covenants and development-related agreements
• Property structuring and transactional support
• Client advisory and stakeholder management

This role offers genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to a sophisticated client base.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally bring:

• 4+ years PAE in Property Law
• Experience acting on commercial and residential property transactions
• Commercial and retail leasing experience
• Strong understanding of property and associated commercial law principles
• Experience dealing with Land Titles Office, State Revenue and government authorities
• Strong drafting and transaction management skills
• Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercial judgement and practical problem-solving ability
