About You
You are a people-first leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for culture.

You’re just as comfortable in the detail as you are shaping strategy and you care deeply about creating environments where people and organisations perform at their best.
What You’ll Bring
Proven senior P&C / HR leadership experience in complex environments (NDIS, health or community services ideal)
A track record of driving cultural change and building high-performing teams
