Happy Larry Deli is growing.
We are a popular sandwich spot in Hobart CBD, known for fresh sandwiches, pastries, specialty coffee and matcha. With a second location opening in Kingston, we are seeking a commercially minded Kitchen Operations Manager to lead production and kitchen performance across both sites.
This is not a fine-dining role.This is a leadership and systems role.

The Role
You will:
Initially lead daily kitchen operations at our CBD storePre-open and set up the Kingston kitchen and lead daily production there.Implement prep systems and production standardsOversee ordering, stock control and supplier managementManage kitchen rostering and labour efficiencyBe accountable for KPIs including food cost, labour and wastageTrain and develop a small kitchen teamHave current relevant food safety certificationThis role is hands-on, but performance-driven.
