Account Manager - Healthcare 

Team Medical Supplies are expanding our Account Management team! We continue to grow and need an experienced account manager who can build strong relationships with healthcare providers to support their clinics with consumables and equipment that will keep their business running!

We have a small but mighty team based in Hobart, backed by an ever-growing national team.

Account Manager

This role focuses on face-to-face relationship management with clinic customers. 

You will manage a portfolio of primary care and specialist clinics, regularly visiting customer sites to understand their clinical and operational needs and identify opportunities to support their growth. 

This role is highly relationship-driven and suits someone who enjoys being in the field, building strong customer partnerships.

Key focus areas 

• Managing and growing a portfolio of clinic customers

• Regular on-site visits and in-person meetings 

• Identifying opportunities to expand product usage and solutions 

• Building trusted relationships with practice managers, nurses and clinic owners 

• Delivering business reviews and strategic account plans 

• Identifying and securing new customer accounts

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare customers 

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and Marketing teams 

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity 

• Deliver a reliable and responsive customer experience 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in account management, sales, or customer success in a B2B environment 

• A commercially driven mindset

• Proven ability to build strong relationships and grow customer accounts 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools 

• A valid driver’s licence 

Highly regarded 

• Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or clinical environments
