We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

What we need

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Lead – Hospitality and Environment to strengthen the quality, safety, and consistency of hospitality and environmental services across our residential aged care homes. Working within the Quality Team, you will partner with site leaders and frontline teams to translate audit findings, quality data, complaints, consumer feedback, and assessment outcomes into practical improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and experiences.

What will you do?

  • Translate audit findings, quality data, complains, consumer feedback and internal assessment outcomes into practical improvement actions
  • Conduct target reviews, observations and audits across dining, nutrition support, cleaning, laundry and environmental services
  • Support sites to develop, implement and monitor improvement plans that address identified gaps and risks.
  • Monitor progress against agreed actions and escalate unresolved risks or barriers through appropriate governance pathways.
  • Identify, manage and escalate resident safety, dignity, nutrition, hydration, infection prevention or environmental risks
  • Coach site teams to understand better quality expectations and improve hospitality and environmental practices

What you bring to the role

Essential

  • Certificate IV, Diploma or higher qualification or more than 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality Auditing and/or Quality Improvement; Aged Care, Health or Community Services; Hospitality Management and/or Food Services; Environmental Services; Business Administration or Management
  • Sound digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
  • Right to work in Australia

Desirable

  • Internal auditor qualification or recognised quality auditing training.
  • Food safety supervisor certification or food safety training.
