ABOUT THE ROLE
Title: Disability Support Worker
Location: Hobart, Tasmania (and surrounding suburbs)
Salary: $34.58 - $37.73 per hour (Level 2) plus 25% casual loading, super, and salary packaging
Employment Type: Casual
We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide person-centred support to some of our amazing clients.
We are officially the largest provider of disability support services in Tasmania, so there is lots of flexibility to work across multiple services, and grow a career with us at Able Australia. As a causal, you will be able to work across multiple sites and meet a variety of wonderful clients whilst being supported by our passionate and experienced support workers.
In this role, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and their community to develop skills, independence, and friendships. You will be supporting and encouraging our clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals set within their NDIS support plans.
The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.
