Seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with strong experience across enterprise applications, infrastructure & knowledge and information environments, providing rigorous, evidence-based analysis by eliciting requirements, mapping and improving business processes and aligning business needs with system capabilities (such as SAP/OpenText and SharePoint).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple IT projects and workstreams
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business and system requirements
• Develop process maps, current-state and future-state models
• Support solution evaluation, options analysis and business case development
• Maintain requirements traceability and change control processes
• Work closely with technical teams to assess impacts across applications, infrastructure and information management environments
• Support procurement, vendor engagement, testing and implementation activities
• Produce high-quality project documentation and analysis artefacts

About You

• 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst
• SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments experience
• OpenText or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms experience
• SAP environments experience
• Infrastructure refresh or technology uplift projects experience 
• Government, utilities or large enterprise organisations experience
