Your new role

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's financial operations, leading a small team while ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting. You will play a key role in aligning financial strategy with broader organisational objectives, while maintaining strong governance and control frameworks. This position will be reporting through to the CFO.

This is a hand on position where you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to support decision making. You will also engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to board reporting, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be CA/CPA qualified and ideally looking to step into your first leadership role within an impactful organisation. You will bring a strong mix of technical capability, high attention to detail, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience in process improvement, governance and leading teams will be essential, along with the ability to operate in a hands on environment.

What you'll get in return
