Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Finance team, you will act as a key business partner across the network, providing financial support, insight and guidance to drive strong operational and strategic outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering clear, practical advice while supporting financial performance, governance and continuous improvement across a multi site environment.Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Principals and Business Managers on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and performance analysis
- Identifying risks, trends and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights
- Strengthening financial controls, governance and compliance practices
- Supporting audit processes and regulatory requirements (AASB, ACNC)
- Contributing to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Enhancing system utilisation, including TechnologyOne
What you'll need to succeed You will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong business partnering capability, able to operate confidently across a complex stakeholder group and provide clear, practical financial advice that supports decision making.
- CPA or CA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Extensive experience (circa 10+ years) in financial management, analysis and reporting
- Proven experience operating in complex or multi site environments
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. TechnologyOne, Excel)
- Well developed communication skills, with the ability to engage non finance stakeholders
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive, solutions focused approach with the ability to support change and improvement initiatives
