Your new company 
Our client is an organisation based in Hobart. 

Your new role 

  • Lead business analysis work for IT and systems projects.
  • Plan and organise analysis activities, clearly defining the problem and what the business needs now versus in the future.
  • Gather and document requirements by running workshops and talking to stakeholders.
  • Map current processes and design better future processes.
  • Identify issues, gaps, and risks in how things work today.
  • Make sure all requirements link back to business goals and technical solutions.
  • Help with solution design, business cases, procurement, and testing.
  • Create and maintain clear and high-quality documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with both business and technical teams.
  • What you'll need to succeed 

    • At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments.
    • Experience working with systems like SAP, OpenText, SuccessFactors, or SharePoint.
    • Strong skills in process mapping and structured analysis.
    • Experience working on information or knowledge management projects.
    • Ability to improve how information is managed, accessed, and used across the organisation.
