Role Overview

We are seeking an autonomous, business-minded Independent Contractor (ABN Holder) to manage the daily operations and local logistics of our long-established grocery and wholesale business in North Hobart.

This is a B2B service agreement—not an hourly-rate employee position—offering premium fixed pay and significant minimisation advantages for an entrepreneurial individual.

• Location: North Hobart, TAS

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – ~ around 4:30 PM (No weekends and public holidays)

Pay & Perks

• Fixed Service Fee: $68,000-$72,000 AUD per annum based on your working experience and capabilities (paid monthly via invoice).

Daily Routine

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (In-Store): Counter service, order processing, and receiving stock. (Note: 1–2 days a week require an earlier start for early freight).

• 2:00 PM - around 4:30 PM (Delivery): Complete local B2B/B2C deliveries using the company van. Finish early once deliveries are done.

Key Requirements

• Valid ABN (Sole Trader or Pty Ltd).

• Valid Australian Full Driver’s Licence with a clean record.

• Absolute honesty and reliability.

• Professional English to communicate with local suppliers and corporate clients.

• Physical fitness for lifting and moving grocery stock.

• Ideal for business/logistics graduates on a permanent resident/working visa looking for full management experience.
