Finance Analyst
Hobart | $70K - $80K + Super

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will focus on supporting financial reporting, compliance, and client-facing deliverables.

Financial / Technical
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax-related work
  • Support month-end processes and reconciliations
  • Contribute to compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Assist with preparation of client deliverables and documentation
Operational
  • Work across multiple client engagements and deadlines
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Assist with data analysis and financial modelling tasks
  • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting standards
Stakeholder / Client Support
  • Engage with internal teams and support client interactions
  • Assist in responding to client queries and requests
  • Support senior staff on client engagements and advisory work
  • Build strong working relationships across the business
About You
  • Experience in public practice or a professional services environment (preferred)
  • Exposure to tax, business services, or client-facing work
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Effective communication skills and professional presentation
  • CA/CPA commenced or willingness to undertake (preferred)
  • Looking to build a long-term career within a global environment

Salary

$80,000 - $90,000 + Super
