About the position

The Sports Administration Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the College’s sports program runs efficiently and safely. The position supports the smooth delivery of matches, carnivals and training sessions by coordinating people, schedules and resources with accuracy and clear communication.

From coordinating Junior School teams and managing coaches and officials, to organising sports carnivals, overseeing logistics, handling representative sport entries, managing rosters, supporting after‑school activities, and liaising with leadership and sporting bodies, this role is central to the seamless delivery of sport across the College. The Assistant also collaborates on facility hire agreements, supports grounds and facilities bookings, and represents the College at JSSATIS and STCPSSA meetings.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
