The Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the efficient and professional operation of St Marys by delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office functions, primarily in the Senior School, responding to enquiries from students, families and staff, and ensuring effective communication and information flow across the school community.
The role requires a high level of organisation, discretion and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and correspondence, and supporting compliance processes. In addition, the Administration Officer contributes to student wellbeing support where required, upholds strict confidentiality, and assists with a range of administrative systems and workflows to ensure the smooth running of the College.
