Peterswald is a boutique real estate agency based in Salamanca, Battery Point. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an administration superstar to join our award-winning agency.
As an Administration Assistant you will:
Play a pivotal role in ensuring we exceed our client’s expectations by providing a seamless client experience
Coordinate the production of collateral material for our listings including brochures, flyers and signboards
Service and oversee the delivery of our customer care program
Support the marketing and contracts processing teams
General office duties.

Do you bring this experience to the role?
You have worked in a similar administration role. Experience within the real estate industry is preferred but not essential. We understand that administration skills can be transferred across a variety of industries
You have strong IT literacy
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Excel and Word
You have experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom. This is desirable but not essential and training will be provided.
