About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior School Office Administrator to join our administration team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. This is a varied and rewarding role that provides essential administrative support to staff, students, parents and leadership teams while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy educational environment.
Working term-time only, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many enquiries, provide support to student wellbeing and attendance processes, assist with first aid requirements, and ensure the efficient administration of school office functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Working 21 hours per week (Mon Wed Fri,8.00am – 3.30pm), term time only.
