About the RoleThe Accounts Coordinator is a key role within our Finance function, supporting the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the firm’s financial operations. This role works closely with our statewide legal teams to ensure smooth billing processes, effective financial administration, and compliance with trust accounting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Supporting billing, invoicing and cost recovery activities
- Daily banking, reconciliations and financial data maintenance
- Assisting with trust account administration and compliance requirements
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Supporting month-end and reporting processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Experience in accounts, finance administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (ideally Xero)
